Paris has to be one of my favorite resorts in Las Vegas. The hotel and casino was so gorgeous, that I had to take a few minutes to soak it all up. It really felt like we were walking the streets of France. The experience was surreal, and I am getting goosebumps just thinking about it. Also, the amount of chandeliers in the building just made me sing the song by Sia, while imagining just how many mimosas it would take before we’d find ourselves swinging.
While being in awe of the incredible work of art that is Paris, Mari and I discovered their quiet and empty convention center. The signs “Champagne Ballroom” and “Versailles Ballroom” immediately caught our attention and we gasped as we walked down one of the most beautiful hallways I have ever seen (apparently, I need to walk down more hallways). There were a few caterers and workers moving some food and chairs, and that didn’t stop us from opening the gorgeous doors to see what was behind them. Our Buzzfeed results of “We know when you’ll be getting married”-quiz (we both got “never”) came to us, while we barely managed to say that this is where we would want our Vegas weddings to be. To cut a very long story short, Mari found out that moving the furniture would be a good idea (she was on this weird non-incriminating criminal rush this trip), and we took a whole bunch of pictures while having the times of our lives. Please excuse the excessive amount of photographs, and enjoy!
