WARBY PARKER: Fall 2013 Collection

Since the recession in 2008, the market for accessories exploded, and still they remain as one of the most important parts in ones outfit. How one accessorizes depends on their style, however there is this one thing that all styles have in common. Either because it’s a necessity or an accessory; glasses – optical and sunglasses.

I absolutely love glasses and the fact that I don‘t need them makes me grateful, yet a little bitter as there are so many amazing glasses out there. Glasses – especially sunglasses are a huge part in determining whether a person has style or not, regardless of what they’re actually wearing. Wearing clear glasses just to wear them is a stage I still haven‘t gotten to, but I just might after checking out Warby Parker‘s latest collection.

Warby Parker is a collaboration by 4 close friends who believe that everyone has a right to see. This means that for every pair of glasses you buy, they will, along with their non-profit partners, ensure that a pair of glasses is donated to someone who needs them. Just like Toms. As for the glasses they design, they‘re all about producing fashionable and high quality prescription glasses at a fraction of the price of their competitors. Their design is mostly vintage with a contemporary twist, which is just what the eyewear fashion is all about nowadays.

Check out their commercial and the new collection. I hope you love it as much as I do!
